Dinner Choices: (All entrees served with Chef’s Selection of Seasonal Accompaniments)

• Chicken - Boneless Breast of Grilled Chicken (Gluten Free) topped with bruschetta & finished with a lemon cream & balsamic drizzle
• Flank Steak – Topped with carmelized onions
• Fish – Parmesan Crusted Haddock with Lemon Butter​
• (Vegetarian) Eggplant Napolean - Breaded Eggplant layered with Tomatoes, Ricotta, Spinach and topped with Fresh Tomato Sauce, Roasted Red Pepper & Drizzled with a balsamic reduction

All dinners include mixed baby field green salad, rolls, coffee, tea and raspberry swirl cheesecake​.

As always the Greater Capital Region Track, Field, and Cross Country Hall of Fame will be covering the processing fee for online registration this year!
