Day of Registration and bib pick up 7:30AM-8:30AM Sunday, April 13th 7:30-8:30am 

The cost is $20 for students (grades 6-12) and $30 for non-students

We are reaching out on behalf of Lenox Memorial Middle and High School’s Class of
2028 to share some exciting news. On April 12, 2025, we will host the Puddle Jumper 5K — a
fun, community-focused race designed to promote health, wellness, and local engagement! This
event is not only an opportunity to bring people together but also a chance to raise funds to
support our class as we navigate through high school. We aim to create an enjoyable
experience for everyone involved while making meaningful connections within our community.

 

 

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS AVAILABLE:  
As we prepare for the upcoming race, we seek financial support to help cover the costs of
hosting this event and raise funds for our class. Sponsorship can take many forms, and any
contribution would be greatly appreciated.
Sponsorship Options:
● Open-ended Sponsorship (under $100): Contribute any amount that fits your budget.
Includes:
○ Small business name on the back of the t-shirt
● BRONZE $100 Sponsorship: Show your support and be recognized as a community
partner. Includes:
○ Medium business name on the back of the t-shirt
○ Deprioritized recognition on all event advertisements
○ One free registration
● SILVER $250 Sponsorship: Enjoy additional recognition during announcements for
your generosity. Includes:
○ Medium business logo on the back of the t-shirt
○ Business recognition during announcements
○ Recognition on all event advertisements (ex., Posters, brochures, social media
posts, etc.)
○ Banner prominently displayed at event (banner provided by sponsor)
○ Three free registrations
● GOLD $500 Sponsorship: Be fully recognized for your generosity and the opportunities
you have to sell merchandise. Includes:
○ Large business logo on the back of the t-shirts
○ Prominent business recognition during announcements
○ Banner and merchandise prominently displayed at event (banner/merchandise
provided by sponsor)
○ Prioritized recognition on all event advertisements (ex., posters, brochures, social
media posts, etc.)
○ Five free registrations

As a sponsor, your contribution will help us create a memorable event and provide your
business with valuable exposure to our community and race participants. Together, we can
make this event a success!

Donating Prizes
In addition to monetary contributions, we also welcome prize donations for race participants.
Donated items could include:
● Gift cards
● Merchandise or gift baskets
● Coupons for products or services
● Event tickets or experiences
These prizes will be used for:
● Participant giveaways
● Top finisher awards
● Raffles
As a prize donor, your business will be recognized during the prize distribution and event
announcements. This is a great way to introduce your products or services to potential new
customers in the community.

Runners & Spectators Please Note

No Dogs or Pets
Due to safety concerns, no dogs or pets are allowed in the race.

  • Headphone are potentially hazardous as you are limiting your ability to be aware of what is around you, course marshals, bikes, pedestrians and other traffic. For reasons stated we discourage the wearing of headphones.
  • Wheelchairs and other disabled push strollers are welcomed. To help accommodate your needs, please contact us and let us know you are coming and we can help with any accommodations you require.

Spectators

  • SPECATATORS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CROSS THE FINISH LINE AND ENTER THE CHUTE TO FOLLOW YOUR RUNNER

The Fine Print

Refunds
No refunds under any circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement.

Events are planned and paid for months in advance of the actual date. IF our event is canceled or postponed because of weather, pandemics, or other forces beyond our control, we won’t be able to provide refunds. In these rare situations, we’ll convert the race to a virtual one and mail you your full race goodie bag.

Due to regulations changes may be made to the course or race details for the safety of our participants and staff. Any changes will be communicated prior to the event via email, on our social media platforms, and on our website.
