Unleash your inner hero at the Hero 5K for Autism! As we launch into Autism Acceptance Month, don your superhero gear, gather your allies, and hit the pavement for a cause that needs a hero like you. Whether you run like the wind or prefer a leisurely stroll, every step you take transforms you into a real-life hero, making a lasting impact on the lives of autistic individuals and families across the Greater Hudson Region.

Entry fee:

$30 Early Bird through March 15th

$35 beginning March 16th

$40 Race Day, April 26th

REGISTRATION: Pre-registration encouraged and will remain open until Friday, April 25 at Noon. Race day registration and packet pick up will be at the registration tent near Druthers at Mohawk Harbor. Please arrive early 8:00 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. to pick up your packet with commemorative swag and avoid the crowd.

COURSE: See here (The numbered markings are the Course Marshal stations, not mile markers.)

PARKING: There is plenty of parking at Mohawk Harbor.

TIMING: GUN Time results using the ChronoTrack B-Tag, provided by Albany Running Exchange Event Productions

RESULTS: Will be available immediately after the race on AREEP Results page 

AGE GROUP & AWARDS: Awards will be given out immediately after the last finishers to top 3 M/F in three age groups (17 and under, 18-59, and 60+).
