The 29th  running of the Goblin Gallop 5K Road Race will be held live  this year on Saturday October 29 at 9:30 AM at Abraham Wing School..  The Goblin has always been a fun and uplifting community-based run with a Halloween theme.  This year, we look forward to seeing runners, as they race on the pre-marked 2 loop course in downtown Glens Falls,  “So fast it’s scary!”!

The Goblin is the prime fundraiser for our ongoing Nepal Village School Project. proceeds from the Goblin have to date built a new three-story Regional Secondary School building in a remote hill village in Nepal.  Race Director Lee Pollock spent two years in this village as a Peace Corps teacher in the 1970’s.  Current new goals include improved sanitation and clean water for the school, a library and increased computer and internet access.  We have been humbled and overwhelmed by the hope and optimism this project has brought to the people of the village.
